Tournée Minerale Recipes
Take the challenge with us and drink no alcohol for a month in February. That way, you will experience what a month without does to you.

It's not so much a matter of denying yourself something: you gain most of all.

This year is already the seventh edition of Tournée Minerale and each year the number of participants grows.

We have already gathered some inspiration with delicious recipes and drinks that go perfectly together in our latest Rise Collection.

Strawberry Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a must-have for any festive meal. But did you know that this dessert is at least as delicious without alcohol? This recipe by TV chef Carlo de Pascale will give your dessert a summery touch.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons of sugar
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 100 g of boudoirs
  • 2 pressed oranges
  • 250 g of strawberries, cut in half lengthwise


How to prepare:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks in two separate bowls. 

Beat the yolk into a foam with the sugar, add the mascarpone and mix gently until smooth.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them gently into the mascarpone.

Briefly dip the biscuits in the orange juice and place them on the bottom of a cake tin. 

Cover with a thin layer of cheese, continue with a layer of biscuits and finish with a layer of strawberries 

Repeat the process and finish with the strawberries. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.



Nojito

A mojito without alcohol? It's a nojito of course: a festive cocktail with a catchy name. A wonderfully refreshing drink that you'll enjoy even in the dead of winter!

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 10-12 of fresh mint leaves
  • 12 cl of sparkling water
  • 1 lime
  • Agave syrup (to taste)


How to prepare:

Put the fresh mint leaves in 12 cl of sparkling water. 

Add the juice of one lime

Then add agave syrup (to taste), cane sugar or sweetener. 

Decorate your glass with a piece of lime and serve fresh.



Choconuts

A drink we all love at Elements 😊

Ingredients :

  • 600 ml of skimmed milk
  • 50 g of coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 level teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of honey (add to taste)


How to prepare:

Pour all the ingredients into a blender cup.

Blend until you have a creamy drink.

Serve cold.


Tonus

The green miracle drink! Always good and fresh.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g chervil
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 300 g of celeriac
  • 1/2 citron
  • a pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • ice cubes

 

How to prepare:

Squeeze the lemon.

Strain the other ingredients in a juicer. 

Place the resulting juices in a shaker with ice cubes, a pinch of salt and pepper and shake for a few seconds.

Serve.
